Work Bee October Ideas

  • Cut, Split the wood from the field by the shed into 1 foot pieces and put newly cut or spilt into pole-barn

  • Move more dirt from north of entrance and put dirt in low spots on the road to make it easier to see traffic from the North and fill low spots in road

  • Put up trespassing signs on back side of property?

  • String old power wire coiled by garage thru the trees on the east side of the lower parking lot road about 4 foot off the ground to slow down would be thieves.

  • Regrade roads: put sand from hill near pavilion into low areas that get muddy when wet.

  • Repaint out houses

  • Take inventory of the stuff in and on top of the cabinets in the garage

  • Clean Gutter’s on Building  

  • Power Wash the Building    

  • Pick up sticks in the fields and along the roads   

  • Clean up and cut down weeds around the shed and the building

  • Trim the branches encroaching on the roads going around the Campgrounds especially back by the west outhouse the trees are over the road 

  • Clean up leaves and remove briers around the stage at amphitheater and the tree to the north of stage.

  • Blow leafs off from all fields as needed

  • Mow grass when long in:

      • lower parking lot

      • field around pond

      • large field by shed

      • by pavilion

      • field by pole barn

      • along the in road

 Long term projects:

  • Replace well out back with electric submersible pump
